77 Certain matters not prohibited or prevented
Nothing in this Part prohibits or prevents—
(a)
the publication of a judgment of a court that contains matter the publication of which would otherwise have been prohibited by this Part, or
(b)
the publication of matter in such other circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations.
