25A Application of Division
This Division applies to a sentence for an offence that is dealt with on indictment, other than—
an offence under a law of the Commonwealth, unless the regulations otherwise provide in the case of a particular offence or class of offences, or
an offence committed by a person who was under the age of 18 years when the offence was committed and under the age of 21 years when charged before the court with the offence.
A court must not apply any other discount for the utilitarian value of a guilty plea to an offence to which this Division applies other than the discount provided for by this Division.
