3 Periodic detention orders
Any order for periodic detention that, immediately before the appointed day, was in force under the 1981 Act—
(a)
is taken to be a periodic detention order within the meaning of this Act, and
(b)
is taken to be subject to the same conditions as those to which it was subject immediately before that day.
