Expenditure invoices issued to candidates by registered parties—the Act, s 156(3)(c1)

Current

A registered party, when issuing an invoice under the Act, section 9(9), must—

(a)

average the expenditure among all candidates whom the expenditure directly or indirectly benefits, and

(b)

invoice the candidates the averaged amount.
