41 Exemption from requirements to publish in registers residential address of persons who are silent electors
(1)
The Electoral Commission is exempt from any requirement under section 132 of the Act to publish in a register kept under Part 7 of the Act the residential address of any person who is a silent elector, if the Electoral Commission is aware that the person is a silent elector.
(2)
In this clause, a silent elector means a person who is a silent elector within the meaning of the Electoral Act 2017.
