14 Meaning of “the Administration”
(1)
For MARPOL, Annex II, regulation 4, paragraphs 2 and 4, AMSA is the Administration.
(2)
For MARPOL, Annex II, regulation 12, paragraph 5, each recognised organisation is the Administration.
(3)
In this section—
recognised organisation has the same meaning as in Marine Order 1 (Administration) 2013 of the Commonwealth.
