36 Notification of modifications
The master and owner of a ship must ensure that a modification of the sewage system on the ship does not occur unless—
(a)
written notice of the proposed modification has been given to TfNSW, and
(b)
TfNSW has approved the modification in writing.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for an individual—$2,200, or
(b)
otherwise—$11,000.
