38 Investigation fee
(1)
TfNSW may require the owner of a ship to pay the investigation fee set out in Schedule 4, section 2 for each hour spent investigating the ship under section 37(1).
(2)
A fee required to be paid under this section is recoverable by TfNSW in a court of competent jurisdiction.
