28 Use of existing document for transitional periods
(1)
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the use of existing documents for the purposes of this Act for transitional periods.
(2)
A document is an existing document for the purposes of subclause (1) if it is a document prepared before commencement of the amending Act for use in connection with the administration or enforcement of this Act.
