31 Responsible regulator
(1)
From the beginning of the commencement date, a reference to a responsible licensing official in a marine safety licence is taken to be a reference to the responsible regulator for the licence.
(2)
Anything done in relation to a marine safety licence by the responsible licensing official for the licence before the commencement date is taken to have been done by the responsible regulator for the licence.
