Transport for NSW must record the following information in the register—

the name of the vessel,

the vessel registration number for the vessel,

The register must be published on a NSW Government website used by Transport for NSW and be accessible to the public without charge.

The regulations may prescribe other matters, including statutory notices, that must or must not be included in the register.
