Minimum lot size for dual occupancies and residential flat buildings

Despite clause 4.1A, development consent must not be granted to development on a lot for the following purposes unless the lot is at least—

(a)

for dual occupancies (attached) on land identified as “Area 13” on the Lot Size Map—360m²,

(b)

for residential flat buildings on land in Zone R4 High Density Residential—1,100m².
