This clause applies to land in Zone SP3 Tourist in Penrith that is identified as “21” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of multi dwelling housing, office premises, residential flat buildings, retail premises and seniors housing is permitted with development consent.
