4 Meaning of “urban land survey” and “rural land survey”
(1)
In this regulation, an urban land survey means a land survey of metropolitan land or rural residential land.
(2)
In this regulation, a rural land survey means a land survey that is not an urban land survey.
(3)
The Surveyor-General may issue guidelines in relation to what is taken to be metropolitan land or rural residential land.
