59 Field notes for surveys carried out for public authority—the Act, s 5(b)
(1)
This section applies to a surveyor who carries out a survey for a public authority.
(2)
The Surveyor-General may request—
(a)
a surveyor’s original fields notes for a survey, or
(b)
a true copy of the surveyor’s field notes for the survey.
(3)
A surveyor must comply with a request made under subsection (2).
