25 Persons must use approved fittings for plumbing and drainage work
For the Act, section 99(2)(a), a person must not use a fitting for plumbing or drainage work unless the fitting is an approved fitting.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for a corporation—200 penalty units, or
(b)
otherwise—100 penalty units
