29 Applications for permits
(1)
For the Act, section 99(2)(c), an application for a permit must be—
(a)
made in the form approved by the Corporation, and
(b)
lodged—
(i)
by email to an email address specified by the Corporation on the Corporation’s website for receiving applications, or
(ii)
using an online system provided on the Corporation’s website, or
(iii)
in another way specified by the Corporation.
(2)
An applicant must pay the fee determined by the Corporation for the application.
