15 Term of permit
(1)
A permit continues in force for a period of 5 years (or such shorter period as may be specified in the permit) from the date on which it was issued unless it is sooner surrendered or revoked or it otherwise ceases to be in force.
(2)
A permit may be renewed by making an application, in accordance with this Act, for a new permit (referred to in this Act and the regulations as a subsequent permit).
