32A General requirement for safe keeping of prohibited weapons
A person who possesses a prohibited weapon must take all reasonable precautions to ensure—
(a)
its safe keeping, and
(b)
that it is not stolen or lost, and
(c)
that it does not come into the possession of a person who is not authorised to possess the weapon.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
