25 Advertising sale of prohibited weapons
A person who causes to be published an advertisement for the sale of a prohibited weapon must ensure that the advertisement—
(a)
states that a permit is required for the possession or use of the weapon, and
(b)
specifies the permit number of the person on whose behalf the weapon is being sold.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
