(1)
The fee set out in Schedule 5 is the prescribed fee to be paid for the item set out in the Schedule opposite the fee.
(2)
The fee for accepting a gaming machine type or game for evaluation under section 131 of the Act is:
(a)
if the evaluation is to be conducted by the Director –
170 revenue units multiplied by the number of hours required to make the evaluation; or
(b)
if the evaluation is to be conducted by an approved evaluator –
115 revenue units.
