8 Layout of licensed premises
A licensee shall ensure that the layout of the interior of the licensee's licensed premises allows:
(a)
the licensee, or an employee of the licensee, from a place in the licensed premises where the licensee or employee would normally be carrying out duties at the material time, to have continuous supervision of each gaming machine that is available for gaming; and
(b)
a clear passageway between banks of gaming machines of at least
2 metres unless the Director, under section 161 of the Act, directs that a greater distance be allowed.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
