Repealed sections 71 and 72, and the guidelines made under repealed section 71(2), continue in force after the commencement until the
Remuneration Tribunal makes a determination under section 7B of the
Assembly Members and Statutory Officers (Remuneration and Other
Entitlements) Act 2006.
