363 Official management of councils
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if a council is under official management under repealed section 224 before the commencement.
(2)
The new Act applies to the official management of the council after the commencement and, for section 318(6) of the new Act, the
12 month period is taken to start from the date of the commencement.
