362 Declaration of general rates
(1)
This section applies in relation to a council's declaration of general rates.
(2)
Repealed section 155 continues to apply to the declaration of general rates for the financial year in which the new Act commences.
(3)
Section 237 of the new Act applies to the declaration of general rates for the financial year after the financial year in which the new Act commences.
