Historic offences

In force

An offence that is prescribed as a disqualifying offence under regulation 6 or a presumed disqualifying offence prescribed under regulation 7 is a disqualifying offence or a presumed disqualifying offence even if:

(a) the offence was committed before the commencement of these Regulations; or

(b)

the offence is repealed.
