45 Evidence that site is sacred site
For the purposes of this Act, production of:
(a)
the Register; or
(b)
a certificate issued under the common seal of the Authority or the hand of the Chief Executive
Officer certifying that an area of land is or was on a specified date registered in the Register,
shall be accepted as prima facie evidence by all courts, judges and persons acting judicially, without further proof being required, that an area of land on the
Register or the area of land to which the certificate relates is a sacred site.
