49 Regulations
The Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing matters:
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
The Regulations may prescribe:
guidelines for the
Authority when classifying an application for the purposes of section 19C;
the method of determining the charges that are payable in respect of a non-standard application; and
the method of determining the charges that are payable in respect of a conference referred to in section 19G.
The Regulations may provide for a penalty, not exceeding 100 penalty units, for an offence against the Regulations.
