Northern Territory Treasury Corporation Act 1994

The Under Treasurer may designate and assign employees of the

Agency of which he or she is the Chief Executive Officer to perform duties which, in the opinion of the Corporation, are required for the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions under this Act.

A person who is required to perform duties on behalf of the

Corporation under subsection (1) may perform those duties in conjunction with any other duties the person is required to perform by reason of the person being an employee of the Agency referred to in subsection (1).
