5 Ministerial direction
(1)
The Corporation, in the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions under this Act, is subject to the directions of the Treasurer.
(2)
A record of all directions given under subsection (1) in a financial year shall be included in the annual report of the
Corporation for that year prepared under section 31.
