Northern Territory Treasury Corporation Act 1994

All profits made by the Corporation, except those profits which the

Treasurer, from time to time, determines may be retained by the

Corporation, shall accrue to the benefit of the Central Holding

Authority and all losses shall be met from the public moneys of the

Territory and the appropriation for that purpose is hereby established or increased to the extent necessary.
