Delegation
11 Delegation
The Corporation may, in writing under its common seal, delegate to a member of the advisory board, an employee of the Corporation or an employee, within the meaning of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993, any of its powers and functions under this Act.
A power delegated under this section may be exercised by the delegate in accordance with the instrument of delegation and, where so exercised, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Corporation.
A delegation under this section to an employee may be to an employee from time to time holding, acting in or performing the duties of an office, designation or position.
A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent the Corporation exercising a power or performing a function so delegated.
