33 Statutory declarations
(1)
A question referred to in section 19 may be written or oral and the medical officer or authorized person may require the answers to be given in writing or orally.
(2)
A medical officer or authorized person may, if he thinks fit, require a person to verify by a declaration an answer to a question asked under section 19.
