11 Chairman
(1)
The Minister may, by Gazette notice, appoint one member to be the Chairman of the Board, and another to be the Deputy
Chairman.
(2)
The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board at which he is present.
(3)
Where the Chairman is unable to attend a meeting of the Board, the Deputy Chairman shall preside and, while presiding, shall have all the powers of the Chairman.
