12 Meetings of Board
The Chairman shall call such meetings of the Board as are necessary for the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions, but so that the interval between one meeting and the next does not exceed 3 months.
The Minister may at any time direct the Chairman to call a meeting of the Board and the Chairman shall call a meeting accordingly.
At a meeting of the Board:
the Chairman or, where the Chairman is absent, the Deputy
Chairman and 2 members constitute a quorum;
questions arising shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting and in the event of an equality of votes the matter shall be taken to have been defeated; and
subject to this Act, the Board shall determine the procedure to be followed at or in connection with the meeting.
The Board shall keep a record of its meetings.
