Plumbers and Drainers Licensing Act 1983

The Board shall consist of 5 members, being:

an employee of the Agency administering the Building Act 1993;

and

a representative of those educational institutions in the

Territory which provide training courses for apprentice plumbers and drainers; and

2 persons each of whom holds qualifications as an advanced tradesman in the combined trades of plumbing and draining; and

a representative of the Northern Territory authority charged with registration of indentures of apprenticeship and oversight of the training of apprentices.
