13 Annual report
(1)
Subject to subsection (3), the Board shall furnish to the
Minister, not later than 31 December in each year, a report on its operations during the year ending on the preceding 30 September.
(2)
The Minister shall cause a copy of each report furnished to him under this section to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within
6 sitting days of the Legislative Assembly after it has been so furnished.
