16 Fees to be paid to the poundkeeper
(1)
Every poundkeeper shall demand and receive, as poundage fees for cattle impounded under this Act, the fees payable under the regulations.
(2)
The fees referred to in this section shall be chargeable for each day, or part of a day, during which the cattle remained impounded.
