6 Pound to be enclosed and kept in good order
(1)
Every pound shall be properly enclosed and shall be kept clean and in good repair by the poundkeeper thereof.
(2)
Any cattle for the time being impounded shall be supplied by the poundkeeper with a sufficiency of food and water.
