Mode of sale of impounded cattle

In force

Every sale of any impounded cattle shall:

(a)

take place at the pound where the cattle were impounded;

(b)

be by auction to the highest bidder; and

(c) commence at such time as is fixed by the poundkeeper in the notice published in a newspaper circulating in the area or posted in accordance with section 24.
