22 Authentication of documents
A summons, process, demand, order, notice, statement, direction or other document requiring authentication by the Corporation is sufficiently authenticated without the seal of the Corporation if signed by a person authorised to do so by the board of the
Corporation constituted under the Government Owned Corporations
Act 2001.
