7 Matters relating to Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993
(1)
The CEO is the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for the purposes of the Public Sector Employment and Management
Act 1993.
(2)
The Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993 applies in relation to the Corporation as if it had been amended as set out in the Schedule.
