32 Territory to indemnify Authority
The Territory shall indemnify the Authority, and keep the Authority indemnified, against all actions, claims or demands brought or made against the Authority in relation to an act done or omitted to be done under or pursuant to the Water
Supply and Sewerage Act 1983 before the commencement of this Act, being actions, claims or demands that, but for this Act, could be brought or made against the
Territory.
