30 Proceedings under Water Supply and Sewerage Act 1983
An action, prosecution or other proceeding begun under the Water
Supply and Sewerage Act 1983 as then in force before the commencement of this Act may be continued as if this Act had never commenced, and an action, prosecution or other proceeding in respect of a thing done or omitted to be done under the
Water Supply and Sewerage Act 1983 as
then in force before the commencement of this Act may be brought, taken and prosecuted in the same manner as if this Act had never commenced.
