11 Powers
(1)
The Board has the following powers:
(a) to approve the disposal of objects from the collections in accordance with section 20(3);
(b)
to authorise access to elements of the collections.
(2)
In the exercise of its powers, the Board must have regard to:
(a)
the Agreement; and
(b)
the objects of this Act; and
(c)
the purposes of the Centre.
