15 Termination of appointment
(1)
The Minister may terminate the appointment of a member at any time.
(2)
The Minister must terminate the appointment of a member if the member is found guilty, in the Territory or elsewhere, of an offence punishable by imprisonment for 12 months or longer.
(3)
This section does not apply to Kathleen Stuart Strehlow or her nominee.
