19 Frequency of meetings
(1)
The Chairperson may call as many meetings of the Board as are necessary to enable the Board to perform its functions and exercise its powers.
(2)
At least 2 meetings must be called each financial year.
(3)
The Chairperson must call a meeting if requested to do so by at least 4 members.
