14 Establishment of Advisory Board
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, establish the Tourism and Events
Advisory Board to perform the functions mentioned in section 14A.
(2)
The Advisory Board consists of the following board members:
(a)
the chief executive officer;
(b)
not fewer than 6 ordinary members appointed by the Minister.
