14A Functions and powers of Advisory Board
(1)
The functions of the Advisory Board are to advise and make recommendations to the Minister on strategic issues and matters that relate to or impact the following:
(a)
the powers and functions of Tourism and Events NT;
(b)
tourism, hospitality, events and exhibitions in the Territory.
(2)
The Advisory Board has the powers necessary to perform the
Advisory Board's functions.
(3)
The Minister is not required to accept the advice or recommendations of the Advisory Board and may reject or adopt them, in whole or in part, as the Minister thinks appropriate.
