17 Vacation of office
(1)
A person ceases to be an ordinary member of the Advisory Board if:
(a)
the person resigns by giving written notice to the Minister; or
(b)
the person's term of office comes to an end and the person is not reappointed; or
(c)
the person's appointment is terminated under section 18(1) or (2).
(2)
The exercise of a power or performance of a function by the
Advisory Board is not affected only by a vacancy in its membership.
